These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vyrn Bot ("the Bot"), a Discord security and moderation service operated by Vyrn ("we," "us," or "our"). By clicking Verify, interacting with the Bot, or using any server where the Bot is active, you agree to these Terms in full.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using the Bot you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Vyrn Bot provides Discord server owners with moderation tools including, but not limited to:
Access to AI-powered features (!ai) may require a paid subscription or usage-based credits.
Subscriptions may be applied on a per-user or per-server basis, depending on the selected plan.
Server-based subscriptions grant access to AI features within that server to all participating users,
as configured by the server administrator. Alternatively, users may purchase usage credits for
individual AI requests. All usage is subject to fair use limits and anti-abuse protections.
Server-based subscriptions do not enable AI features by default. AI functionality must be explicitly activated by a server administrator after subscribing. Once enabled, usage within the server will consume allocated subscription resources or credits and is subject to fair use limits and rate restrictions.
We reserve the right to restrict access, apply rate limits, or modify pricing to prevent abuse or ensure system stability.

Violations of these Terms may result in, at our discretion or at the discretion of the server owner: temporary or permanent bans, removal of verification status, blacklisting across all servers using the Bot, or reporting to Discord Trust & Safety. Enforcement actions are final unless successfully appealed via our support server.
Users may submit reports for servers or users suspected of abusing the Bot. To prevent spam and excessive usage of system resources, reporting is subject to rate limits. A user may submit one report per server within a 24-hour period. Additional reports for the same server within this period may be ignored or treated as spam.
Abuse of the reporting system — including attempts to bypass rate limits or mass-report multiple targets in a disruptive manner — may result in temporary or permanent restriction of reporting privileges or access to the Bot.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for users who abuse the reporting system. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false, spam, or malicious reports, or repeatedly using the report feature in a disruptive manner. Misuse may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to reporting features or the Bot itself, depending on severity.
The Vyrn Bot owner reserves the right to join any server where the Bot is active in response to reports of harmful behaviour. If, upon investigation, a server is found to be engaged in or promoting any of the following, the owner has full authority to immediately blacklist that server from using the Bot without prior notice:
Blacklisting under this clause is a security measure, not a legal action. Affected server owners may appeal via our support server if they believe the blacklist was applied in error.
We reserve the right to manage, restrict, or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for behaviour that we reasonably determine to be abusive, malicious, or harmful to the Bot, its users, or related services.
This includes, but is not limited to, users or servers engaging in abuse of the Bot, attempting to exploit its functionality, or being reasonably associated with malicious activity involving the Bot.
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that security measures will catch every violation. Use of the Bot is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyrn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot or any related service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify server administrators of material changes.
